Retail and Rental Return Policies

Retail Store Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns within 30 days, with receipt, in new and unused condition = 100% money back
  • Lost receipt? After 30 days? = Product must be in new and unused condition. We will give you store credit for the items current price.
  • Red slashed Outlet  items are final sale.

Piragis Northwoods Outfitting:
Payment, Cancellation and Return Policy

Payment of cash, check, travelers check, American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover Card will be accepted for your convenience. Trips and reservations cancelled at least fourteen days in advance will be refunded deposit less $50 and permit cancellation fees. No deposit is refunded for guided trips. No deposit is refunded for trips or reservations cancelled within two weeks of scheduled departure.

If the trip should be terminated early we will be pleased to refund everything but the last two days, on equipment only.
